Project Managers are responsible for leading cross-functional teams in accomplishing a discrete project.  The role requires excellent leadership, communication, critical thinking, and management skills.  As organizations – and jobs – become more and more complex, more managers are finding themselves involved in some form of project management. The Project Management Graduate Certificate provides a solid foundation for managing projects of all types.
