In the heart of the residence housing area of campus is the Eugene I. Kane Student Health and Fitness Center. The 7,000 square-foot fitness center opened its doors in September 2004 with Precor cardiovascular equipment, a complete circuit of Nautilus weight machines, and a free weight area.

The Kane Center front desk staff is able to make personal training appointments for you. Personal training is a free service provided to Catholic University students.
Cardinal adventures are small-group, indoor, or outdoor excursions for those who love being active. Adventures include activities such as kayaking, skiing, rock climbing, hiking, and white-water rafting. No experience is necessary for most trips.
