The Tucson Program partnership between Catholic University and Pima Community college allows students to enroll simultaneously at both schools. Students qualifying for federal financial aid can use this aid to pay for courses at both institutions through a financial aid consortium agreement.

In the freshman and sophomore years, Pima Community College will be the Home Institution and Catholic University the Host Institution. Financial Aid awards will be administered through PCC, then sent to Catholic University for the CatholicU courses. In the junior and senior years students will only take courses at Catholic University, thus all financial aid will be administered through CatholicU.

Step 1 — Apply for federal financial aid at fafsa.ed.gov. Freshman and sophomore year students use the PCC code: 007266

Step 2 — To make sure your award is processed in time to pay for classes, please submit all financial aid requirements as soon as possible for the fall semester.

Step 3 — Check your MyPima Financial Aid tab to view your requirements.

Step 4 - Complete the PCC Financial Aid Consortium Form to link Catholic U enrollment to your PCC Financial Aid award. It is the responsbility of the student to ensure all charges are paid to each individual school.

For more information, see the Financial Aid section of the PCC website.
